Challenge
Our key challenge was to create a trustworthy website design that would establish credibility among potential partners, instill confidence in future clients, and effectively convey the company’s reliability. Additionally, we aimed to build up the HR brand to spark interest in employment among young professionals. The biggest issue was combining the preferences of three different age groups within a cohesive design and content strategy.
Solution
We approached the website development by conducting user research and identifying user personas to develop a UX strategy. After that, the team developed a well-thought-out sitemap to facilitate the website navigation, enhance accessibility, and elevate user experience.
The website is built on WordPress with integrated plugins such as WP Bakery Builder and WPForms. ACF Pro plugin was added for more flexibility.
We created the brand guidelines and crafted five new website pages filled with engaging visuals, updated the content to make it relevant for the target audience, and improved the design regarding UI/UX rules to make it user-friendly, establish credibility among investors, and demonstrate proven expertise. Each section went through a detailed look & feel phase to combine our and GSP’s team visions. Finally, the team ensured website adaptability across devices and applied best SEO practices, resulting in enhanced website efficiency.
